At Stagewear Shop, every piece is sourced globally and fulfilled directly to you — which means we're able to offer a wider selection at better prices. Because of this fulfillment model, all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to making sure you order with total confidence from the start.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. This applies to all products including footwear, apparel, and accessories.

This is why we include detailed size guides on every product listing and encourage all customers to measure carefully before ordering. If you have any sizing questions before you buy, our support team is happy to help — just reach out before placing your order.

Exceptions — When We Make It Right

We stand fully behind the quality of what we sell. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. We will issue a replacement or full refund in the following situations:

To report any of the above, email us at info@stagewearshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours.

Important: Do Not Return to Sender

Do not mail packages back to the shipping address on your parcel. That address is a global distribution hub — packages sent there cannot be recovered and no refund can be issued. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address at that time.
