At Stage Wear Shop, we want you to step onto the stage with absolute confidence. Because our performance wear is curated globally and often made-to-order, we ask that you review our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date specified by your tracking number. Requests submitted after this 7-day window cannot be accepted.
Eligible Circumstances for Return
Due to the custom-made and delicate nature of specialized performance wear, we only accept returns if:
- Damaged on Arrival: The product arrives damaged or broken during transit.
- Incorrect Order: The product received does not match the size, colorway, or design you ordered.
- Manufacturing Defect: There is a clear structural or stitching defect from the workshop.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for an authorized return, all items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be entirely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original, pristine condition.
- Items must be returned inside their original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) is required.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
For strict hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Intimate Apparel: Bodysuits, dance briefs, pasties, and shapewear.
- Hosiery: Fishnets, tights, and socks.
- Accessories: Wigs, hairpieces, cosmetics, and jewelry.
- Custom Orders: Any item made to custom sizing measurements.
⚠️ Crucial: Do Not Return to Sender ⚠️
Please do not mail your package back to the shipping address listed on your parcel's label. This is a global distribution hub, not a return center. Packages sent there cannot be recovered, and we will be unable to issue a refund. We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address once your request is authorized.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels or Freight To Collect (FTC) shipping services. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
How to Submit a Return Request
If your order arrived damaged or does not match what you ordered, please follow these steps to request an authorized return:
- Email us at info@stagewearshop.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number (e.g., #1001) in the subject line.
- Attach clear, high-resolution photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect sizing tag.
- Provide a brief description of the issue.
Once our support team reviews your photos and approves the return, we will email you the exact delivery address of our nearest return warehouse along with instructions. Please do not ship items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will be rejected.
