Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, though high‑volume periods, custom items, or specialty pieces may require additional time.

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they have entered processing.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and product type.
Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

These are general estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.


Multiple‑Item Orders

To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may ship separately.
Each package will have its own tracking information when available.


Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided once available from the carrier.
Some carriers may take several days to update tracking activity.

If tracking shows “in transit,” “arriving late,” or similar statuses, this indicates the package is still moving through the carrier’s network.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Old addresses
  • Incomplete addresses

If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Stage Wear Shop is not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

If an issue occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier‑related issues.


Pre‑Order & Specialty Items

Some items may have extended production or transit times.
Estimated timelines will be noted on the product page when applicable.
